6) Give your body what it wants. Natural vitamins are good for your body, consult a nutritionist and give your body the vitamins it needs.
7) Give your body the rest it needs. Sleep for a minimum of 8 hours daily your body needs the rest, trust me on this one. Getting some rest is very important and without it you won’t be able to lose any body fat.
