You simply go for a walk …
1. Go two hours after the food, to burn fat.

By brisk walk for 30 minutes, you burn about 150 calories.
The same as when you swim for 20 minutes or run for 15 minutes
A half-hour walk every day = three to four jogging rounds on each 30 minutes.
3. To reduce the back side of huge meals.
It can reduce the negative effects of a huge meal by taking an hour’s walk before the food, at a fast pace. The walk makes the amount of blood fat considerably lower.
4. Sticks increases combustion.
